ALL ITEMS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CUSTOM PRINTING OR PROMO ITEMS, PREORDERS, CLOTHING, AND TRANSFERS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, WE DO NOT REFUND!
PRINTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY SENT STRAIGHT TO THE PRINT PRODUCTION!
ALL PREORDERS—BLANK OR PRINTED—ARE ORDERED & PRINTED AS RECEIVED. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL MEASUREMENTS!!
Terms and conditions:
- Payments are due at time of purchase: all custom orders require full payment before any work begins on design or production.
- Final sale: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the order is placed. Please make sure all sizes are correct, and if you need a measurement sheet, please request one. Once materials are ordered and printed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Customer approval: The customer is responsible for approving the final design proof before production. Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
- Production time: Estimated production time begins upon receipt of full payment and final artwork approval. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or material shortages. Our average TAT depending on the orders we receive and the time of year, ranges from 2-4 weeks. If you need your items by a certain date, please discuss them upfront.
- Artwork release: By submitting artwork for your custom order, you confirm you have the right to use the design and grant Sledge Co Designs a license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

CUSTOM TRANSFER INFORMATION
If we mock up your prints and send a proof for approval, these are not guaranteed. We recommend that you submit your gang sheets ready to print. All artwork must be submitted ready to print. We do not change colors.
Once artwork is complete and approved, please allow AT LEAST 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS for processing... DURING BUSY SEASONS 2-3 WEEKS. IF YOU NEED A RUSH ORDER PLEASE REACH OUT TO US.
(not including shipping) - depending on order size, weather can affect printing, covid, and holidays.
This will vary depending on your shipping preference.
During holidays shipping can be delayed. Make sure to choose route protection and download the SHOP APP to track order status.

Any and all business items that are printed custom must be approved.
Please make sure to review all names, numbers, websites, and details before approving the final artwork.
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
Please make sure to review all ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS before emailing your designs to us.
Full payment is due before ANY items are printed.

Once we mock up your artwork and send proof via email, we then print.
IF you find you chose the wrong transfer type, we can change it and bill for the difference.
We do NOT refund our transfers.
We DO NOT make any color changes or remove backgrounds from your designs.
If you find you need this done, we do have an artwork fee in the custom transfer section.
This is the same as paying a setup/artwork fee.

Please remember every phone/screen is displayed in a different color resolution. We do our best to confirm all colors that customers provide.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it.
If you think that you have received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

SLEDGE CO DESIGNS does NOT accept returns, exchanges, ADD-ONS,
or cancellations on any item in the store once the order is placed.
But please contact me WITHIN 24 HOURS if you have any problems with your order.
Most of our digital designs are made by request, and prints are made to order.
My greatest goal is customer satisfaction. I am confident in my work and will do everything in my power to help remedy any problem that may occur with your order.
Please contact me within 24 HOURS of purchase with your order number if you find an issue (corrupt/missing download/incorrect download/incorrect order). I will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

ALL other physical items
All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of the goods.
This includes transfers and apparel.
All clothing is made to order, and shirt sizes are based on Next Level, Tulex, Independent Trading Co., Gildan, Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, and other name brands. (unless stated otherwise.)
Please note:
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us no later than 3 days so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Anything purchased with any form of personalization or preorder
is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
All colors are based on screen resolution; colors may vary.
All terms are agreed to during the final payments.
Please be aware that color variants may be somewhat different from the mockups due to resolution on screens or monitors. Different color shirts and a different temperature will bring out some colors more than others.
We suggest using a digital laser thermometer to ensure your heat press is not too hot or not hot enough for ALL transfers. ONE-time use. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped before contacting us, although we strive to have all orders shipped ASAP. PRE-ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS,
Due to high demand with USPS we recommend using UPS for shipping. Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for lost shipping or late arrivals. We do NOT reprint because orders have not arrived on time.
PLEASE KNOW we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS DUE TO USPS or UPS.
We strongly suggest you purchase ROUTE insurance. You would then file a claim to get your money and repurchase.

IT WILL BE PLACED OUTSIDE IN THE PICKUPAREA.
THESE ITEMS ARE PLACED IN PICKUP BINS THAT ARE FULLY COVERED.
- PLEASE PICK UP ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!
- AFTER 3 DAYS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US ASAP FOR OTHER ARRANGEMENTS!
- SLEDGE CO DESIGNS IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ITEMS THAT BECOME DAMAGED, EVEN FROM THE WEATHER.
WE DO HAVE OPTIONS TO PICK UP IN SOUTHAVEN OR SENATOBIA; PLEASE CHOOSE DROP DOWN AT CHECKOUT.
