Graphic Tees, Custom Prints, and all other orders are made-to-order!


Standard Shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, estimated ship time is within 7-14 business days. DURING BUSY SEASON OR PRE-ORDERS PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS. IF YOU NEED BY A CERTAIN DATE OR A RUSH ORDER PLEASE CONTACT US.

PREORDERS WILL DEPEND ON VENDORS AND WILL BE STATED - DURING THE TIME OF PLACED ORDER AND AGREED UPON.

Please remember every phone/screen is displayed in different color resolution. We do our best to confirm all colors, that customers provide.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it.

 If you think that you have received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges,

or cancellations on any item in the store once the order is placed.

 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Most of our digital designs are made by request and prints are made to order.

 

My greatest goal is customer satisfaction, we are confident in our work and will do everything in my power to help remedy any problem that may occur with your order.

Please contact me within 3 days of purchase with your order number, if you find an issue (corrupt/missing download/incorrect download/ incorrect order). I will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

 

NOTE:

Please be aware that color variants may be somewhat different to the mockups due to resolution on screens or monitors. Different colored shirts and a different temperature will bring out colors more than others.   We suggest using a digital laser thermometer to ensure your heat press is not too hot or not hot enough for ALL transfers. ONE time use.  Please allow 10-15 business days for orders to be shipped before contacting us, although we strive to have all orders shipped asap. Due to high demand with USPS, we recommend using UPS for shipping. Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for lost shipping or late arrivals. We do NOT reprint because orders have not arrived on time.  PLEASE KNOW we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS DUE TO USPS or UPS.  We strongly suggest you purchase ROUTE insurance. You would then file a claim to get your money and repurchase.

 

 

CUSTOM TRANSFER ORDERS: 

We offer custom printing of Heat Press Screen Transfers.

These are made to order and will be shipped out within an agreed number of business days if artwork is sent in a high resolution RTP file.

Due to holidays and covid, please expect delays. For rush or overnight orders contact us directly.

For any other custom prints, depending on nature of artwork - Once the file is approved to print, and is paid for... then the files will be shipped.

* No items will be shipped or set for pick up until the amount is paid in full.

We do charge a artwork/set up fee you would cannot provide a printable high resolution image or pre mock your rolls.

 For all digital items, artwork, and custom printing:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS INCLUDING - DTFS OR TRANSFERS

Once artwork is complete and approved, please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for processing,

This does not include shipping days- depending on order size.

This will vary depending on your shipping preference.

Please make sure to review all names, numbers, websites, and details before approving and final artwork.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

Please make sure to review all ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS before emailing your designs to us, or uploading your design(s)

Full payment is due before ANY items are printed.

DTF transfers are made for light and dark materials.

Once we mockup your artwork and its proof via email we then print them. 

We do NOT refund our transfers.

We DO NOT make any color changes or remove backgrounds to your designs.

If you find you need this done, we do have an artwork fee in the custom transfer section.

This is the same as paying a setup/artwork fee.

 

DTF TRANSFERS

By ordering Custom TRANSFERS I declare that I own all the necessary rights for all the artworks

SUBMITTED for print associated with my order.

SLEDGE CO DESIGNS cannot be held liable for any copyright issues with the artwork provided by me as a customer.

 

 

 

DESIGN RELEASE

  

If the design you are providing contains copyright or licensed images, we will need documentation on file, from you to prove ownership or proof of commission by the license property owner to create this image.

 This documentation will remain on file, under your account.

This must be done to protect the intellectual property of all parties involved.
