Refund policy
- All Custom DTF Transfers and Transfers are Final Sales.
- Due to the nature of our process all clothing items are final sales. These are printed, custom made, and made to order!
- We will always do whatever we can to go above and beyond to please our customers. However, because of the customized nature of Products, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If, upon receipt of your finished items, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please email us within fourteen (4) days of your delivery date. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the case is decided in your favor, you will receive a store credit. We do not provide refunds.
- We do not offer refunds on custom orders, services or mentoring once booked, but our goal at Sledge Co Designs is to provide every one of our customers with remarkable service!

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may not be cancelled once placed.
Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse to begin the fulfillment process and finding them on our production floor to cancel is simply an impossible task.
This is for TRANSFERS as well.
Once placed they are automatically sent to the warehouse.
We have 100s of orders a day and cannot do add-ons.
Please make sure to double check your order and read guidelines before placing your order.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How soon will my order ship?
Every product you order is custom manufactured on demand just for you after your order is placed. Orders usually ship out within 5-7 business days.
We also offer local pick up at check out in (SENATOBIA & SOUTHAVEN MS) However, we always try to get them out sooner and most often do!
All Transfer orders will be shipped- there
is no local pick up as of 2023 for transfers.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
If your package is lost, we will be happy to try and help you locate it. However, the first step in trying to locate the package is to contact your local post office or UPS. Your package becomes the property of the United States Postal Service when they pick it up from our facility. If you do not choose to add ROUTE shipping insurance to your order, we cannot be held liable for any missing and/or damaged packages. If the USPS shows that your package was delivered to the address on the order, no claim can be made, and your item will not be covered under shipping insurance.
