📦 Ordering Information

Every item is custom made to order.

• Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks during most of the year.
• During busy back-to-school and holiday seasons, processing may extend to 2–4 weeks.
• Preorder items begin production after the preorder closing date.
• Orders are processed during normal business hours in the order they are received.
• Need to make changes? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

• All sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors made by Sledge Co Designs.

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please pick up your order within 7 days of notification. Items left in pickup bins become the customer's responsibility. Orders not claimed after three notifications without prior arrangements may be donated.
