Production & Shipping

• Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.

• All apparel is made to order.

• Preorder items begin production after the preorder period closes.

• Orders are completed in the order they are received.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If notified within 24 hours, we can issue a full refund so you may place a new order.

Local Pickup

You'll receive an email when your order is ready, including pickup instructions.

• Local orders should be picked up within one week of notification.

• Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for items left at designated pickup locations.

• Orders not picked up after the third notification, without other arrangements being made, may be donated.

School Spirit Wear Disclaimer

Our school spirit apparel is custom-made by customer request and is not automatically approved as a school uniform item.

If an item is approved for school uniforms, it will be clearly labeled as "School Approved."

Please verify your school's dress code requirements before ordering. Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for dress code violations at schools, businesses, organizations, or athletic teams.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

• All sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
