Exclusive Sledge Co Designs Artwork

Nearly all of our products are designed, printed, and finished in-house.

Our artwork is either:

• Hand-drawn exclusively by Sledge Co Designs, or

• Created in-house specifically for each school, team, business, or custom project.

We take pride in creating unique, original designs. Please respect our artwork by not copying or reproducing it.

Production & Shipping Information

• Please allow 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.

• Many of our products are handmade and produced alongside large custom and bulk orders.

• Preorder items will begin production after the preorder closes.

• Orders are processed during normal business hours in the order they are received.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If changes are needed within 24 hours of placing your order, we can issue a full refund so you may submit a new order with the correct information.

Returns

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our part.

Local Pickup

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Your notification will include pickup instructions.

Please note:

• Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

• Items left at designated pickup locations are the customer's responsibility.

• Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or weather-damaged items after they have been placed at the pickup location.

• Orders not picked up after a third notification, without prior arrangements, may be donated.

School Spirit Wear Disclaimer

School spirit wear is created at customer request.

Unless specifically marked as "School Approved," our apparel should not be considered part of an official school uniform.

Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for dress code violations at schools, workplaces, organizations, or athletic teams. If you have questions regarding apparel guidelines, please verify with your school administration, employer, coach, or organization before purchasing.
