FAQS | IN THE KNOW:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, during busy seasons.
We try to process as soon as possible; however, we do many bulk orders.
If these are a preorder - they will process after preorder date closes.
All apparel is made to order and are processed during business hours.
Once you are checked out, we do not cancel or modify any orders.
IF there are any changes to be made, we will fully refund your order so
that you can place a new order, but we need notice,
no less than 24 hours after order is placed.
All orders are processed in the order received.
Due to nature of our products, all sales are final.
You will be notified by email on when your order is ready!
This will also include local pick-up instructions!
ALL local orders must be picked up within 1 week of notification.
If items are left out for pick up, we are not held responsible for any damages.
If items are not picked up in a timely manner.
If items are not picked up by 3rd notification and no other arrangements are
made for delivery, all items will be donated.
