To mock these, you must use Photoshop or Photopea

& have the licenses to print images.

Any images that are submitted, you agree that you have all rights to print.

If the design you are providing contains copyright or licensed images, we will need documentation on file, from you to prove ownership or proof of commission by the license property owner to create this image. This documentation will remain on file, under your account.

Buying Files from Esty etc. does not mean you have the rights to print a file. please get with copyright owners. This must be done to protect the intellectual property of all parties involved.

Please email copyright/ trademark documentation to sledgecodesigns@gmail.com stating that you have a license or have been granted permission to have the image(s) printed, Sledge Co Designs LLC and employees are not held responsible for any and all images that are sent to us stating you have rights when you do not.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

FILE FORMATS: PNG OR SVG - transparent background 300 DPI or HIGHER

Our recommended file format is PNG for storage efficiency (with lossless compression) and support for transparent backgrounds & opacity.

PNG has the best combination of features, is most used, and is widely supported by graphics creation & editing software.

Failure to supply a transparent file will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

MOCKING GANG SHEET

THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS – is in PHOTOSHOP

Photopea is a 2nd option

Canva is NOT recommended for ganging

1. Create the roll size needed in photoshop or Photopea
2. Open art artwork and Cut or Trim any transparent pixels
3. Size and place images on your roll to adjust to sizing
4. Use a color fill layer and zoom in to see your images (delete when done)
5. Merge layers
6. EXPORT as a PNG file embedded colors
7. SEND! Wetransfer.com is the best way to send

Note:

 DTF Transfers may arrive with powder and moisture which is caused by the shipping process, these 2 things are unavoidable. You will also experience moisture when the items are stored, so keep the transfers in a cool environment. To remove moisture, you may sit the transfer under a hot heat press back side up for 90 seconds.

Returns & Shipping

Please be aware that color variants may be somewhat different from the mockups due to the resolution on screens or monitors.

Different color shirts and a different temperatures will bring out colors more than others.

We suggest using a digital laser thermometer to ensure your heat press is not too hot or not hot enough for ALL transfers.

ONE time use.

Please allow 7-10 business for orders to be shipped before contacting us, although we strive to have all orders shipped asap.

Regular processing times are 3-5 business days. During our busy season please allow 7-10 Business Days!

Due to the high demand with USPS. we recommend using UPS for shipping.

Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for lost shipping or late arrivals.

We do NOT reprint because orders have not arrived on time.

PLEASE KNOW we are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS DUE TO USPS or UPS.

We strongly suggest you purchase ROUTE insurance to insure your items are covered for any damage during the shipping process.

We do NOT offer RUSH processing, however. you can choose faster shipping if needed!
