📦 Ordering Information

• All apparel is made to order.
• Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery during peak seasons.
• Preorder items begin production after the preorder closing date.
• Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order they are received.
• Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If changes are needed, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll gladly refund your order so a new order can be placed.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

• All sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

📍 Local Pickup Information

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, including pickup instructions.

• Pickup orders should be collected within 7 days of notification.
• Once placed in the designated pickup location, items become the customer's responsibility.
• Orders not picked up after the third notification without prior arrangements may be donated.
