Please carefully review all sizes, colors, and customization details before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified once submitted. If changes are needed, contact us within 24 hours to discuss cancellation and reordering options.

Orders will ship once production is complete.

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Please pick up orders within 3–4 days of notification. Items left in pickup bins after 72 hours are left at the customer's own risk. Orders not claimed after multiple contact attempts may be donated without refund.
