Each hoodie is custom-made specifically for your order. Processing times may be longer during busy seasons, bulk orders, or preorder periods.

HOODIE DETAILS

• 9 oz./yd² (US), 15 oz./L yd (CA)

• 80/20 ring-spun cotton/polyester blend

• 100% cotton face

• 30 singles

• Classic fit

• Jersey-lined hood with sewn eyelets

• Split-stitch double-needle sewing on all seams

• Twill neck tape

• 1x1 ribbing at cuffs and waistband

• Dyed-to-match drawcord

• Pouch pocket

• Woven label

PIGMENT-DYED GARMENT NOTICE

The pigment-dyeing process gives each garment its own unique character and vintage-inspired appearance. Slight variations in color are normal and may occur between garments, during production, and after washing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Due to the nature of pigment-dyed garments, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the fabric.

For best results:

• Wash with like colors only.

• Wash in cold water.

• Avoid washing with white or light-colored garments.

• Follow the garment manufacturer's care instructions.

These steps will help reduce the possibility of color transfer or staining.

Almost all of our artwork and designs are created in-house and are exclusively hand-drawn or designed specifically for each school, team, organization, or item.

As we continue to provide our customers with exclusive designs, we ask that our artwork not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing, especially during busy seasons.

We work hard to complete orders as quickly as possible; however, we also process many school, team, and bulk orders.

All apparel is made to order and processed during normal business hours. Orders are completed in the order they are received.

PREORDERS

If this item is part of a preorder, production will begin after the preorder closes.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot modify it.

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If production has not started, we may cancel and refund the original order so that you can place a new order with the correct selections.

FINAL SALE

Because our apparel is custom and made specifically for each order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

For local orders, your notification will also include pickup instructions.

LOCAL PICKUP

All local orders must be picked up within one week of notification.

Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for damage to items after they have been placed in the designated pickup area.

If an order has not been picked up after the third notification and no alternative pickup or delivery arrangements have been made, the items may be donated.

SCHOOL & TEAM APPAREL DISCLAIMER

School spirit wear is created by request and is not automatically considered part of an official school uniform or dress code.

If an item has been specifically approved for school wear, it will be clearly identified as “School Approved.”

Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for disciplinary action, dress-code violations, or other consequences resulting from apparel that does not comply with a school, business, organization, or team's policies.

If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, please check with the appropriate school administrator, coach, team representative, or management before ordering.
