• Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks during peak seasons.
• Preorders begin production after the preorder closes.
• Orders are processed in the order received during normal business hours.

• All sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors made by Sledge Co Designs.
