• Rush Orders: Available upon request when scheduling permits

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless an error has occurred on our part.

Order Changes

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will gladly refund your order so a new order may be placed.

📍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Senatobia and Southaven, Mississippi.

• Select Local Pickup at checkout.

• Customers will receive an email when their order is ready.

• Orders should be picked up within 3–4 days of notification.

• Items left in designated pickup bins become the responsibility of the customer after placement.

• Unclaimed orders may be donated after three notifications and no communication.
