Please note that we primarily fulfill bulk team, school, and business orders. During peak seasons, production times may increase.

• Standard Processing Time: 2–3 weeks

• Peak Season Processing: 2–4 weeks

• Preorders and Fundraisers: Orders begin production after the sale closes

• Rush Orders: Available upon request when scheduling allows

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless an error has occurred on our part.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified once production begins. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will gladly cancel and refund the order so a new order may be placed.

All artwork and designs are protected by copyright and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any portion of our artwork is strictly prohibited.

📍 Local Pickup Information

Local pickup is available in Senatobia and Southaven, Mississippi.

• Select Local Pickup during checkout.

• Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

• Orders should be picked up within 3–4 days of notification.

• Items left in designated pickup bins are the customer's responsibility after placement.

• Unclaimed orders may be donated after three notifications and no communication.
