📦 Ordering Information

All apparel is custom made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery during peak seasons.
Preorder items will begin processing after the preorder closing date.
Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order they are received.
Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations are not available. If changes are needed, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will gladly refund your order so a new order can be placed.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you:

All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error on our part.

📍 Local Pickup Information

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, including pickup instructions.

Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
Items left for pickup are the responsibility of the customer once placed in the designated pickup location.
Orders not picked up after the third notification and without prior arrangements may be donated.

⚠️ School Spirit Wear Disclaimer

School spirit wear is created at the customer's request. Unless specifically stated as "School Approved," these items should not be considered part of any official school uniform.

Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for dress code violations or disciplinary actions resulting from apparel worn at schools, businesses, or team events. Please verify dress code requirements with your school, employer, coach, or organization before purchasing.
