We primarily fulfill school, team, fundraiser, and bulk apparel orders.

• Standard Processing Time: 2–3 weeks

• Peak Season Processing: 2–4 weeks

• Preorders & Fundraisers: Orders begin production after the sale closes

• Rush Orders: Available upon request when scheduling permits

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless an error has occurred on our part.

Order Changes

If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can issue a refund so a new order may be placed. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified.

All artwork and designs are protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or reselling any portion of our artwork is strictly prohibited.

📍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Senatobia and Southaven, Mississippi.

• Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

• Pickup orders should be collected within one week of notification.

• Items left in designated pickup bins become the responsibility of the customer once placed.

• Orders not picked up after three notifications and no communication may be donated.
