⏱️ Production & Processing Times

STANDARD PROCESSING: 2–3 WEEKS

All items are custom-made to order. Please review the following before purchasing:

Standard Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production.
Peak Seasons: During holidays, school events, sports seasons, and fundraisers, processing may extend to 2–4 weeks.
Preorders & Fundraisers: Production begins after the designated preorder or fundraiser closing date.
Rush Orders: May be available upon request for an additional fee.
Shipping: Shipping transit time is additional and begins once production is complete.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.

Important Pickup Policy

Customers will receive an email when their order is ready.
Local orders must be picked up within 3–4 days of notification.
Items left in designated pickup bins longer than 72 hours are left at the customer's own risk.
Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed items left in pickup bins after 72 hours.
If you are unable to pick up your order within the designated timeframe, please email us to arrange an alternative pickup time.
Orders remaining unclaimed after multiple contact attempts may be subject to our unclaimed-order policy.

Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, color selection, or changes of mind.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please carefully review your size, color, quantity, and shipping or pickup information before completing checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once production has begun. If you need to request a correction or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes are not guaranteed.
