FAQ | BEFORE YOU ORDER

• Please allow 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.

• Preorder items begin production after the preorder closes.

• All apparel is made to order during normal business hours.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

• If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will gladly cancel and fully refund your order so you can place a new one with the correct information.

• Because every item is custom made, all sales are final.

Local Pickup & School Delivery

When your order is complete, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

Please note:

• Local pickup orders must be picked up within one week of notification.

• Orders left at pickup locations become the customer's responsibility.

• Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after they have been placed at the pickup location.

• Orders not picked up after the third notification, without communication or alternate arrangements, may be donated.

School Spirit Wear Disclaimer

Our school spirit wear is custom-made upon request.

Unless a product specifically states "School Approved," it should not be considered part of an official school uniform.

Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for disciplinary action resulting from apparel that does not meet a school's, team's, business's, or organization's dress code requirements.
