📦 PROCESSING & ORDER INFORMATION

Because we fulfill many bulk, team, and school orders, turnaround times may vary during busy seasons.

PROCESSING TIME:

⏱ Standard turnaround: 2–3 weeks
⏱ Busy season processing: 2–4 weeks

PREORDERS & FUNDRAISERS:

Preorder and fundraiser items are processed after the event closes.

ORDER CHANGES:

🚫 No order modifications once placed

Need to make a change? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will issue a refund so a corrected order can be placed.

LOCAL PICKUP:

📍 Pickup available in Southaven or Senatobia (select at checkout)

• Pickup required within 3–4 days of notification
• Items left in pickup bins after 72 hours are not our responsibility
• After three notifications with no response, unclaimed items may be donated
