FAQS | IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

⏱ Turnaround Time:
Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery during busy seasons. We process orders as quickly as possible; however, we also fulfill bulk and team orders.

PREORDERS

If this item is a preorder, production will begin after the preorder closes.

ORDER PROCESSING

• All apparel is made to order
• Orders are processed during business hours
• Orders are completed in the order received

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once checkout is complete, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

If changes are needed, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase. We will issue a refund so a corrected order can be placed.

LOCAL PICKUP

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, including pickup instructions.

• Pickup required within 1 week of notification
• Items left for pickup are not the responsibility of Sledge Co Designs LLC if damaged
• After the 3rd pickup notification, unclaimed orders may be donated if arrangements are not made
