We work hard to provide original designs that stand out from the rest. Please respect the time and creativity invested in our artwork by not copying or reproducing any portion of our designs.

FAQ | BEFORE YOU ORDER

• Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.

• We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible; however, bulk orders and seasonal demand may increase processing times.

• Preorder items will begin production after the preorder closing date.

• Every item is made to order during normal business hours.

• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after checkout. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will gladly cancel and fully refund your order so you may submit a new one with the correct information.

• Orders are completed in the order they are received.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready, including local pickup instructions if applicable.

• Local pickup orders must be collected within one week of notification.

• Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for items once they have been placed in the designated pickup location.

• Orders not picked up after the third notification, without prior arrangements, may be donated.
