📦 PROCESSING & ORDER INFORMATION

Because we fulfill many bulk, school, and team orders, turnaround times may vary during busy seasons.

PROCESSING TIME:

⏱ Standard turnaround: 2–3 weeks
⏱ Busy season processing: 2–4 weeks

PREORDERS & FUNDRAISERS:

Preorder and fundraiser items are processed after the sale/event closes.

ORDER CHANGES:

🚫 No order modifications once placed

Need to make a change? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will issue a refund so a corrected order may be placed.

LOCAL PICKUP:

📍 Pickup available in Southaven or Senatobia (select at checkout)

Pickup required within 3–4 days of notification
Items left in pickup bins after 72 hours are not our responsibility
After three notifications with no response, unclaimed orders may be donated
