You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with any applicable pickup information.

CUSTOM MADE BY SLEDGE CO DESIGNS

Our products are completely custom and made to order, giving each piece its own unique style.

We use quality apparel brands including Softstyle, Independent Trading Co., Tultex, Royce Brand, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and many more.

Almost all of our artwork and products are designed and created in-house. Many of our designs are exclusively hand-drawn or created specifically for individual schools, teams, organizations, and products.

We work hard to provide our customers with original and exclusive artwork. Please do not copy, reproduce, or recreate our designs.

FAQ | THE IN THE KNOW

How long will my order take?

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing, especially during busy seasons.

We always try to complete orders as quickly as possible; however, we also process numerous school, team, business, and bulk orders throughout the year.

All orders are processed in the order they are received and during regular business hours.

What if my item is a preorder?

Preorder items begin processing after the advertised preorder closing date.

The normal processing timeframe begins after the preorder has closed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our products are custom and made to order, we do not cancel or modify orders once production has begun.

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and a change is needed, we may refund the original order so that a new order can be placed correctly.

Are custom items returnable?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email notification when your order is complete.

For local orders, this email will also include pickup instructions.

Local Pickup Policy

All local orders should be picked up within one week of notification.

If an order is placed outside for customer pickup, Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or other damage after the order has been placed in the designated pickup area.

Customers may receive up to three pickup notifications.

If an order has not been picked up after the third notification and no alternative arrangements have been made, the merchandise may be donated.

SCHOOL SPIRIT WEAR DISCLAIMER

School spirit wear is created based on customer and organization requests.

If your child attends a private school, please remember that spirit wear is not automatically considered part of the school's approved uniform or dress code.

If an item has specifically been approved for uniform or school-day wear, the product listing will state "SCHOOL APPROVED."

Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for dress-code violations, disciplinary action, or other consequences resulting from wearing apparel that does not comply with a school's, business's, team's, or organization's policies.

If you are unsure whether an item may be worn, please check with your school principal, administration, coach, or management before ordering.
