Please allow 2–3 weeks (excluding business days) for processing. All items are made to order.

For preorder items, processing begins after the preorder closes.

You will receive an email notification when your order is complete and ready for pickup or shipment.

Local pickup is available in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Our apparel is completely custom and made to order, giving each piece its own unique style.

We use high-quality apparel brands, including Softstyle, Independent Trading Co., Tultex, Royce, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and many more.

Almost all of our designs are created in-house. Many are exclusively hand-drawn or designed specifically for individual schools, teams, organizations, and collections.

We work hard to provide our customers with original and exclusive artwork, so we kindly ask that our designs not be copied or reproduced.

FAQ | THE NEED-TO-KNOW

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing, especially during our busiest seasons. Because we also fulfill large bulk and team orders, processing times may vary.

All orders are completed in the order they are received and are processed during normal business hours.

PREORDERS
If an item is offered as a preorder, production and processing begin after the posted preorder closing date.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because every item is made to order, we cannot modify an order once it has entered processing.

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel and refund the original order so that you can place a new order with the correct selections.

FINAL SALE
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

LOCAL PICKUP
You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with local pickup instructions.

All local orders must be picked up within one week of notification.

Sledge Co Designs is not responsible for loss, theft, weather exposure, or damage to orders after they have been placed in the designated pickup area.

If an order has not been picked up after the third notification and no alternate arrangements have been made, the items may be donated.

SCHOOL & TEAM APPAREL DISCLAIMER

School and team spirit wear is produced by customer request and is not necessarily an official uniform or school-approved garment.

If an item has specifically been approved for use as part of a school uniform, it will be clearly identified as "School Approved."

Customers are responsible for confirming applicable dress codes with their school, principal, employer, coach, or organization before ordering.

Sledge Co Designs LLC is not responsible for dress-code violations or disciplinary action resulting from wearing an item that does not comply with a school's, team's, organization's, or employer's policies.
