📦 Ordering Information

Every item is custom made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.
Preorder items begin production after the preorder closing date.
Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order received.
Order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after purchase. Please contact us within 24 hours if changes are needed.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom made specifically for you:

All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors made by Sledge Co Designs.

📍 Local Pickup Information

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup orders should be collected within 7 days.
Items become the customer's responsibility once placed in the designated pickup location.
Orders not picked up after three notifications without prior arrangements may be donated.
