Every item is custom made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.
Preorder items begin production after the preorder closing date.
Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order received.
Need to make changes? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors made by Sledge Co Designs.

📍 Local Pickup Information

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup orders should be collected within 7 days.
Orders not picked up after three notifications without prior arrangements may be donated.
