Production & Shipping

• Every item is made to order.

• Preorder items will begin production after the preorder closing date.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Local Pickup

We offer convenient Local Pickup in Senatobia and Southaven, Mississippi. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and you'll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Please pick up local orders within one week of notification. Items not picked up after the third notification, without prior arrangements, may be donated. Sledge Co. Designs is not responsible for items after they have been placed out for pickup.

Order Policies

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

• If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If production has not started, we'll gladly refund your order so you can submit a new one with the correct information.

• Apparel colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and current manufacturer availability.
