• Made-to-Order – Each item is custom-made just for you, processed during business hours.

• We take mostly bulk orders – during busy season please NOTE THAT YOUR ORDERS CAN TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING!!!

🚫 Important Notes

• All Sales Are Final – Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• No Order Modifications – Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. If needed, we’ll issue a full refund so you can reorder—just contact us within 24 hours.
• Copyright Protection – Our designs are protected under the DMCA. Copying or reselling any part of our artwork is strictly prohibited.

📦 Processing & Pickup

• Standard Processing Time: 2–3 weeks.
• Rush Orders: Available upon request.
• Sales & Preorders: Items are processed together after the event closes.
• Local Pickup: Available in Southaven or Senatobia (select at checkout).
• Orders must be picked up within 3–4 days of email notification.
• Items left in pickup bins after 72 hours are not our responsibility.
• After three notifications with no response, unclaimed items will be donated.
