Production & Processing Times

📌 Standard Processing Time: 2–3 Weeks

📌 Busy Season Notice: Due to high order volume, processing times may extend to 2–4 weeks.

📌 Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee.

📌 Sales & Preorders: Orders from sales events and preorders begin production after the sale closes.

Returns & Order Policies

🚫 All Sales Final
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

🚫 Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been placed, modifications cannot be made. If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours and we may cancel and refund the order so a new order can be placed.

Shipping & Local Pickup

📦 Orders are shipped once production is complete.

📍 Local Pickup Available

• Senatobia, Mississippi

• Southaven, Mississippi

Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.

• Orders should be picked up within 3–4 days of notification.

• Items left in pickup bins after 72 hours are left at the customer's risk.

• Orders not claimed after three contact attempts may be donated without refund.
