Every item is custom made to order.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production during busy seasons.
Preorder items begin production after the preorder closes.
Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order received.
If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

All sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors made by Sledge Co Designs.

📍 Local Pickup Information

You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup within 7 days of notification.
Orders not picked up after three notifications without prior arrangements may be donated.
