• Every sweatshirt is custom made to order.
• Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production during peak seasons.
• Preorder items begin production after the preorder closing date.
• Orders are processed during regular business hours in the order they are received.
• Need to make a change? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom made specifically for you:

• All sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors made by Sledge Co Designs.

📍 Local Pickup Information

You'll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

• Pickup within 7 days of notification.
• Orders left after three pickup notifications without prior arrangements may be donated.
