Because we process many bulk, school, and team orders, turnaround times may vary during busy seasons.

PROCESSING TIME:

⏱ Standard turnaround: 2–3 weeks
⏱ Busy season processing: 2–4 weeks

PREORDERS:

If this item is part of a preorder or fundraiser, production will begin after the preorder closes.

ORDER CHANGES:

🚫 No order modifications once placed

Need to make a change? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will issue a refund so a corrected order may be placed.

LOCAL PICKUP:

📍 Pickup available in Southaven or Senatobia

• Pickup required within 1 week of notification
• Pickup instructions will be emailed when your order is ready
• Items left out for pickup are not our responsibility if damaged
• After the 3rd notification, unclaimed items may be donated if no arrangements are made
